Fachverk houses
Fachverk is a traditional European technology of wooden construction in which bearing function is incured with a rigid frame from beams, racks and slants, transferring loading on the base. The main difference of fachverk from other frame technologies is that frame details here incorporate among themselves by means of exact joiners connections (connections "tree-tree") and form a powerful, monolithic design. Houses and constructions in Europe, constructed with the help of this technology, stand 500-600 years already , and it is the best argument in favour of such designs.
Precisely to make connections of details, masters of the past were ought to possess the highest qualification in carpenters job, and their work was valued like jewellers work. Today modern wood processing equipment is created in a help of builders, including processing centers with Numerical Programm Management which allow to make details for designs quickly and accurately in industrial conditions.
Fachwerk designs offered by us are made with such equipment. The unique technology which we possess, allow to put into practice the most courageous and unusual ideas of our customers. We also use glued wooden squared beams in manufacturing. Glued squared beam is even more perfect constructional material, than a dry whole squared beam. Glued squared beams can have bigger section and length - up to 12-18 m. Durability of this material is higher than durability of a whole wood. Besides it is more decorative material as cracks are absent, knots have a healthy appearance, etc.
Fachwerk design allow to create big glazed surfaces. Huge panoramic windows from the floor up to the ceiling open a tremendous view on surrounding landscape. In evening such wooden house is filled by a sunlight, and during dark time it looks effective due to internal illumination.
Glued wooden beams allow to overlapp freely the big flights so, acomodations can be very spacious. Beams and racks of frame become a part of interior and set the precise rhythm to the internal space of a house, thus visually not overloading it. Glass walls alternating with deaf ones, visually expand the space and "not press".
Frame-panel houses
In a basis of this technology lays so-called principle of sandwich-panels. With the use of modern materials wall construction from separate panels allows to reduce to minimum the cost of the wooden house and to increase energetical savings. We work only with ecologically pure and high-quality materials. Sandwich-panel house construction is a basic type of a cottage constructions in Scandinavia, Germany, Canada and the USA. One-storeyed private houses, multi-storeyed wooden cottages more then 500 m2 on the area, hotels and office buildings are constructed with this technology. Wooden house construction made with frame-panel technology, is good for a wide range of climatic zones and geological conditions. Such wooden house can be mounted in permafrost conditions and even in seismically dangerous areas.
Squared beam houses
For manufacture of wooden houses for all-the-year-round residing and years country houses is used processed whole or glued squared beam (thickness - 140, 160, 180 and 185 mm). A unique technology of its manufacturing allow to prevent tree deformation and reduces crack occurrence to a minimum. The sealant is laid in grooves between squared beams and for better stability squared beams are pulled together with wooden nagels. Owing to it squared beam-shaped house turns out to be strong, natural and healthy for residing. All materials are delivered from ecologically pure areas of the Vologda area. Squared beam-shaped houses of our enterprise have a number of advantages: there is no necessity for external and internal furnish: a surface of a squared beam is smooth; time of the wooden house construction is reduced – mountage on the ready base takes some weeks. Squared beam houses can be mounted all year round; There is no necessity for deep and heavy bases - squared beam houses are much liter than brick or stone houses; using modern equipment and technology of processing and drying the wood allow to make high quality wooden houses.
Log houses
We make such houses only from perfect northern pine which has higher density and biological stability due to the high maintenance of tannins. The wooden house, despite of its antiquity, is hi-tech enough. Firstly the log is exposed to compulsory drying with exclusive technology up to 18 % + 2 % humidity inside the log, then it is processed (passes pure processing)and then the designer of the ordered object is made.Log design is analogue to Finnish, but it surpasses it in quality of drying - cracks minimal - up to 8 mm on a log of 28 sm and what is very important. If in the house collected from logs of natural humidity cracks are extending when time pass (till 12 years) and reach the size 15-20 mm, in our houses on the contrary cracks are reducing within a year to 1,5-2 mm. Wooden houses made with the help of such technique have a number of conclusive advantages:
The opportunity of blowing off the walls is excluded due to the original form of a structure that makes logs dense to each other;
zinced metal couplers on corners does not allow corners "to walk" and provides windproof to walls in places of angular connections and simultaneously gives the house seismicity up to 8 points. Special structure form excludes moisture between logs, and unique log drying provides durable safety of the house.
There is no necessity for external and internal furnish, a surface of a log is smooth.
Antisepticising and fireproof processing under productional conditions.
Terms of construction are reduced – mountage of the house area 150 m2-200 m2 on a base takes only 2 - 3 weeks.
There is no necessity for deep and massive bases - dry log houses are liter than stone and brick houses are.
The most important thing is: dry log houses practically does not settle after assembly,so it allows to maintain houses right after assembly.
With the use of modern equipment and technology of processing and exclusive wood drying we can make high quality houses under quite reasonable prices.
